The Skills Trainer will review program documents and sign off, participation in/team meetings, annual meetings, HRC meetings, working directly with individuals and staff for in-the-moment training, implementation of all aspects of program that’s recommended by the team, addresses staff performance both standard and sub-standard, and daily communication with the team (both residential and education)


Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s of Arts and one year of relevant work experience at the center. Takes the initiative, has a desire to lead, great communication skills, self-directed, can teach staff and enjoys working with people, understands the team approach, QIDP- oversight of program alongside the team approach we have at the center, flexible in hours, wants to grow within the agency and has good time management skills.
