The Residential Director in Adults is responsible for the successful execution of the residential program and continuity of care within the assigned residences; training and supervision of the Program Coordinator and Direct Care Staff; serves as a communication liaison between the Program Coordinator, direct care staff, residents, and families.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university preferred, or three to five years of related experience and/or training managing and supervising front line staff in a facility for individuals with developmental and/or physical disability, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
