Recruiter is responsible for delivering recruiting success in support of The Center for Discovery.  This will be achieved through the development and execution of recruitment / talent acquisition plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.  The HR Recruiter will ensure that the best possible, talented and qualified candidates are identified.

Qualifications: A degree or working toward a degree in HR or a similar field is preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.  The ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable. A valid driver’s license. Candidates must be able to work a rotating schedule to include evenings, weekends, and attend career fairs which may include overnight stays.
