The Program Educator is responsible for the successful execution of the residential program and continuity of care within the assigned residence.

Primary Responsibilities :• Maintain Safety and Well-Being of Residents• Individual Life Planning Develop and Maintain Dynamic Staff Relationships• Maintain clean, safe, orderly, pleasant residence• Serve as a communication liaison between the Residential Director, direct care staff, residents, and families• Ensure compliance with State, Federal and Center Regulations• Training and supervision of the Direct Care Staff.

Qualifications : High School diploma or GED required with prior experience in managing a team in caring for individuals with disabilities. Successful individuals will have experience in scheduling and budgeting and have strong problem solving skills. 2-4 years relevant work experience and proof and success in a supervisory position.
