Provides in the field People Development and Retention support to employees of The Center of Discovery. Partners with supervisors and directors in the assimilation, training and development of new and veteran staff members. Monitors personnel actions to facilitate the appropriate application of favorable and remedial procedures.
Qualifications: A degree in HR or working toward a degree in a similar field is preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in human resources At least 2 years of experience of working at the Center for Discovery is required. The ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable. A valid driver’s license is required. Candidates must be able to work a rotating schedule to include evenings, weekends, and attend career fairs which may include overnight stays.
