The Behavior Analyst (BA) will conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and provide interpretation of results. The BA designs and supervises behavior analytic interventions. The BA will be responsible for supervising others who implement behavior interventions in classroom and residential settings. Minimum 3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Psychology or related field. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) qualified to provide supervision is preferred. Those who have completed coursework and supervision hours who are eligible for the exam may be considered.
