Jennifer Franck MS RD CDN is the Assistant Chief of the Department of Nourishment Arts (DNA) at the Center for Discovery.  She loves the collaboration of farmers, chefs, and nutritionists to optimize the entire food chain at the Center from Seed to Belly™.  Jennifer has a masters degree in clinical nutrition from New York University and has spent most of her career working with the therapeutic use of food in chronic disease.  For her, the Center provides the perfect setting to perform meaningful nutrition based research.  On a personal note, working with chefs everyday provides significant motivation for Jennifer to hone her own modest cooking skill, and she is proud to say that she recently received a “this is pretty good” from one of her children.
