The Evening of Discovery is the signature fundraising event for The Center for Discovery, a national model of innovation for the treatment of those with significant disabilities, medical frailties and autism.  This special evening pays tribute to exceptional leaders who are dedicated to the mission of The Center and who have made outstanding contributions to our community.

History of The Discovery Evening (formerly Discovery Ball)
The Discovery Ball is an essential annual fund raising event sponsored by The Center for Discovery Foundation in support of The Center for Discovery. It is the charitable highlight of the year, which began in 1997. It serves both as a major fundraising event and as a friend-raising, cultivation event. In previous years The Ball has been attended by over 700 Board members, parents, families, friends and other guests. Since its inception, The Ball has raised over $3,800,00.00.

Money raised goes towards funding the innovative programs The Center has developed for people with disabilities.

The Center for Discovery is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation. Donations are tax deductible to the extent the law allows.
