As part of The Center for Discovery's mission to provide services to children with significant and multiple impairments we offer families around the world several opportunities to access The Center's professional services.
Through The Center's Carrus Institute we assist families of children with significant and multiple disabilities by offering child assessments by a team of highly skilled professionals. The team develops a family training plan in the areas of motor skills and mobility, communication, oral motor, assistive technology for personal and environmental access, medical and wellness, and daily living skills development. Customized goals and family/child training plans are developed based on the specific needs of the family and the individual.
Our One, Two or Three Day Assessments are offered with a menu of services and full accommodations. Other individualized packages can be designed to meet your family's specific needs.
